How long will it take to get the fully edited photos?
Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your photos fully edited.
You will receive a gallery link to your own professional gallery. From there you can order as many prints or downloads as you would like! Download links expire after 4 weeks and your gallery link will expire after 12 weeks so be sure to order your prints and downloads ASAP.
Disclaimer: RAW or JPEG straight of camera photos will not be given to you, you will only receive the fully edited photos. To ensure that this artwork is printed at the highest quality available, downloads WILL NOT include printing rights. The printing house offered to you has the highest quality prints at very affordable prices.
How do I pay you?
Once you receive your contract link, there will be access to pay online. There will be a required deposit to hold your spot at the time and date that you desire to ensure that no one else tries to book that same day and time. The deposit is half of the total of the shoot, the second half (completing the total) should be paid at the latest – the day of the shoot before we depart. No images will be delivered until final payment is made. The deposit is non-refundable. Refunds will not be given once photos are submitted to you. However, if you are unhappy with your photos, we will be able to work out a substitute shoot. (previews are always shown to you on the day of the shoot to ensure you are enjoying the photos as we go along)
Are Reschedules Possible?
Life happens. If there is something that hinders our ability to shoot, we will put your deposit towards a re-schedule. However, the deposit cannot be refunded. Please ensure that you are on time, time cannot be added due to other scheduled clients. I will do my best to accommodate you!
I've noticed *downloads WILL NOT include printing rights* what does that mean?
In order to print professional photos, many locations require a form stating that you have full permission from the photographer to print the photos. This is done as to protect to intellectual property and to ensure that media isn’t being stolen from photographers. It also ensures that no one is printing photos of you without your permission. You will have access to order prints online from a reputable and professional specialty printing house at no extra charge. You just pay for what you want.
